We have it :)! The perpetrator’s insurer (TuiR W. S.A. with its registered office in W.) awarded our German client (B. KG with its registered office in E.) EUR 234,127.82 in compensation in December, which is one million zlotys (minus one thousand). Following the decision, a transfer was made in January and thus the perpetrator’s policy was exhausted! We are continuing to work to finally compensate for the entire loss.
