Our Law Firm is involved in large real estate division situated in an urban area, for which the local municipal zoning plan was adopted. To processes in this project belong:
(1) Classic estate division completed by municipal division decision, and preceded by a pre-approval of the designed division, in cooperation with the surveyor.
(2) The procedure of civil and administrative compensation determination for roads, with additional proceedings aimed to find/appoint local authorities that became new owner of the roads.
(3) The procedure for the approval of the adjacency levy.
(4) The abolition of joint ownership of property.
(5) Equipment of grounds with facilities plus subprocesses associated with it.
(6) Amendment to local zoning plan in order to change purpose of the grounds established in plan as green area.
