4XMAS limited liability company was established by notarial deed by our friendly clients – BPS sp. z o.o. in Poznan and ABC Teresa Odzioba, Jan Dobies sp. j. in Mosty. Thus, we make a big contribution to the establishment of a leading entity in the industry. After signing the Articles of Incorporation, the company was subsequently registered through the Portal of Common Courts (PRS). On June 18, 2024, the District Court of Szczecin – Centrum in Szczecin, XIII Economic Division of the National Court Register registered the company in the National Court Register.

In June, we also registered M&HOUSE sp. z o.o. – this time through the S24 Portal, i.e. the provided contractual template was used, so a notarized deed of incorporation was not required. The District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register registered the company in the National Court Register on June 5, 2024.

To sum up, the law firm’s team carried out registrations of two new companies successfully in June using two different ICT systems of the Ministry of Justice for handling cases, with mainly companies, court registers (KRS).

In order to register a company electronically, without visiting a notary, one must use the Portal S24 function. This system requires the electronic presence of all participants in the process at one time, and that they have an account on the platform and electronic signatures, while the law firm coordinates the activities. Most importantly, a company can be registered in as little as one business day.

As for the Common Court Portal system (PRS), which is used after the company is notarized, the application can be prepared by any person with a relevant account and electronic signature. The presence of all participants in the process can end with a visit to the notary, and entrust further activities to the law firm.

The fee for registering a company in S24 is PLN 350, and in PRS it is PLN 600.
